Vinyl letter or graphics signs, each color has to be cut separate and layed one on top of the other.  After cutting the vinyl you have to “weed” it, which is removing all the excess vinyl around the letters and graphics, then you have to “pick out” all the centers of the letters and holes in the graphics.  See below.
