WHY US?
Already have a web site? What would happen if a tornado, fire, or anything took out the data center, could you recreate YOUR site. We back up to a different building and also back up to our OFFICE. So Chicago, IL and Whiteland, IN would have to be destroyed at the same time or your site would be back up in minutes in some other location in the country. Many servers back up to the same drive and write over the top of yesterdays – we maintain at least 10 days total site backups, your e-mail, stats and all.
We have “dedicated” business servers, not home web site space providers. They are up 99%+ of the time, are FAST and they cost us more than other services that are available BUT we don’t have any of the horror stories that our customers have told us about the “low cost” providers. You also are not sharing with “tens of thousands” of other sites like with most “shared servers” you are sharing with ONLY OUR SITES.
You will have full standby generator backup. You will have 24/7 PEOPLE network monitoring on all servers for virus attacks, problems, etc.
This will mean A LOT to you now and in the future with the addition of multimedia presentations, on line shopping, and downloads.
We now have 3 full time webmasters in our office and many more working at home.
Do you OWN your web site name????? you would be surprised at the number of people that do not check it for free – click here ( most important one is the Registrant ) It has taken us up to a year to get it back names and some never – how much have you spent $$$$$ to advertise your web name? Also the email address BETTER be good or you have big problems, NOT TO MENTION your credit card info on file (the ones we take care of are automatically renewed from an escrow account).
Can you move your ENTIRE web site including the EDITOR, e-mail and stats to another server? IF YOU ARE WITH US YOU CAN, NO CHARGE. Most other people will not or cannot do this for you and you have to recreate the site from the beginning. It has taken us 50-60 work hours to recreate sites from godaddy, yahoo, and all the other “cheap” servers.
E-Mail There are many problems with isp’s stripping attachments, bouncing, and delaying, up to days, your email, we suggest to get an e-mail address at your web site and use it ( its free and will never change, unless you want it to ) we have “Horde” which is complete version of Outlook – address book, notes, calendar, tasks & more. You can get your e-mail from all of your other accounts into one place. I manage 9 e-mail accounts from mine and from 4 different computers; you can even share calendars, address books and such.

If several people can add/edit the content, no one person gets burnt out. We also will add/edit your site for you, since we do it every day we can do it 5 times as fast and your cost per hour is about $8, you can easily afford a web site, and it usually pays for itself for the year, in the first month.
( 5 ) We maintain a minimum of 10 days back ups, all off the server, plus off the site, we do NOT back up over yesterdays file, located on the SAME drive as the site, like most providers. You know how much trouble YOUR computer causes you, so you DON’T want your web site to have the same problems. Each page of the site also has a click on link to “restore” to the last 10-20 changes at least.
(6) We keep up with the LATEST software for the internet with YOU in mind and totally test it before we offer it to you our customers. Our servers are “state of the art” and located in Chicago IL right on the MAIN internet trunk line and also a very safe environment. They contain ONLY our customers. Anyone can get a cheap host and install wordpress, ONLY a few can provide the BEST templates and plug-ins that work and you do not have to find out the hard way that they don’t.
(7 ) With “wordpress” our content manager engine of choice you can add or make changes or “anyone” can, that you authorize, from any computer in the world. Used By Over 60 million people with 19 thousand plugins (apps) with more daily. use the same editor but we arrange it to do a web site instead of just a blog, also we install the “best” plug-ins which we have to test about 10-20 to find a GOOD one.

We spent 8 months working with this before we offered it to our customers. We find hundreds of things that do not work at all or don’t work as specified, so you don’t have to.
We have an SEO “search engine optimization” module included with the editor that tells you what and exactly how much to enter on each page to get the highest rating in search engines. ( Many people are paying $39/mo and up for this – it is FREE to you ).
We use the best photo gallery plug in we found over 30-40 others, you can create several galleries on each page, slide shows, re-size images later, re-size and redo thumbnails later – all at the same time, plus many many other options. You can .zip up a entire folder of images and upload the .zip file and make a gallery in about 2-3 minutes total.
( 9 ) We can also manage your web name with enom, the largest registrar in the world, so you do not have to keep a “current” credit card number on file. It is automatically renewed 3-4 weeks before it is due from our escrow account which is automatically refilled. If your name ever expires (your site goes down immediately) and you may or may not be notified. For the next 45 days it is $150 min. to renew it and after then you lost it and your name is gone imediately 99% of the time plus you site is down forever.!
